Article Update

(Not to be considered a hopeless attempt at Self-Publicity)

For those interested, volume 10 of the Socio-Legal Review carries an article by me titled "The Good, The Bad, and the Adulterous". I argue that the criminalisation of adultery in India through Section 497 of the IPC is a problem, on principle as well as constitutional grounds. I conclude that the Section in its current form cannot remain on the statute books.
